As I worked on cases and spent time in the office, I was able to see firsthand the individual care that the firm places on each and every client. Every person in the firm is excellent at what they do, and they treat cases as if they themselves are the beneficiaries of the case. I am glad to see the firm expand because I know it will only increase the number of people who will be benefitted.

It was a pleasure to work with the team at Tsang as an intern this spring. It was admittedly stressful, mostly due to deadlines and the sheer amount of intensive work; however, I gained critical insight into how the legal world works and how certain cases were handled. Further, they respected my input, even though this was my first legitimate legal experience. I don't think this is an easy place to work. But if you genuinely invest your time and emotional effort into these cases, you will find them useful beyond what you learn through books and in class. It's a great place to test your boundaries and apply yourself in work that affects others - isn't that what lawyers do?

My only concern would be the compensation. They covered the cost of my commute via a business Lyft, but had a two month training period where they did not pay hourly. While this had initially raised alarms for me, as I worked part-time to support myself through college, I was able to negotiate less office hours to manage my schedule. Students without the time and energy might find this experience stressful.
