I read the latest review and felt the same way. Mr. Henderson and his wife were good but there was heavy turnover in the rest of the staff and no other lawyers on staff full-time so nothing was paid attention to in my case. His paralegal would always babble on and on about something meaningless yet never do anything. The lawyer that took over was terrible and didn't pay attention to anything and screwed up my case - now - they still want their share even though I'm representing myself and they have yet to even find my file.
Terrible attorneys that took over for Mr. Henderson

Mr. Henderson was a nice guy who was probably I very efficient attorney before his wife and office manager got cancer, he fell ill and died.
Because he didn't have any other full-time attorneys in the office my case was simply unattended for 3 years. Unfortunately, my loyalty to George did not benefit me as the attorney took over his firm is not doing anything for my case, my file is a mess, they have tremendous turnover, and the staff doesn't even know what's on calendar in terms of hearings.
My file should have been transferred to someone competent.

So far everything seems to be going well. I had a bigger firm on my case before and never even got a phone call or met an attorney. I actually met the entire staff there today and felt comfortable with there competence.
