2 years ago i got hit by car in company of a friend we both filed a law suit we we're told that the law offices of Vicent J.Quigg would reslove our case, and they did so everything seemed to be running smoothly. When it was time for me to receive my settlement check an issue occurred my friend received her's , I moved out of state i received a letter from the insurance stating that my settlement check was sent to them . The gentleman who is in charge of my case Eric has not done a decent job its been over a month and i have not received my settlement check.Every time i try to get a hold of Eric his never around i have left many messages with his assistant have never got a call back and when i do call expecting to have answers regarding my case he never has answer all he could say is " My supervisor ", and when i do ask to speak to the supervisor he is no where to be found their job is to satisfy the client they have received their portion of the money an my portion has not been sent to me i have been very patient but am not very satisfied with the way i have been treated i will make sure my word gets around and that people know the kind of service and quality that is offer to clients. There should have not been a reason for us to be in this predicament.
