I would highly recommend Mr. Aval I was being charged with evading a police officer. However, I my first two courts I had a public defender representing me and as I was going to court the district attorney made an offer of 2 months in the Los Angeles County jail with felony and probation and I refused to take the deal and the Judge order me to go to preliminary Hearing an as I went to preliminary hearing I decided to hire Mr Aval . When I went to preliminary hearing the witness which was the cop showed up and gave his testimony, however Mr Aval was representing me and was able to get my case dismiss.
