I strongly recommend this place.

This office failed miserably to represent me in my case. They sat on it for almost 1 year. No one ever communicated with me. They are rude, especially Sandy Ramos. It would take me more than 3 emails and get nasty before i get a reply. Images of my vehicles damages were printed out in black and white and dark background. The damaged was not clearly seen because it was not printed in color! They did not challenge any findings related to my claim? I am so livid now i only have 1 year to try and make something out of this mess they created for me! Incompetence and lack of professionalism! Too bad it wont let me post without choosing a star!
