This law office is currently in the process of helping a former employee file false and misleading workers comp insurance claims. When I explained what this employee had done to get themselves terminated and that their cumulative injury claim after working for me for 5 days was a flat out lie, I was told I needed to prove that the claim was false and that Mr. Fred Fong would not be questioning his client on anything that I brought up.
