The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They do not address issues raised in a timely manner (and often times not at all). The court appearance service is ok but dealing with them when it comes to billing issues is subpar.
I didn't receive my court appearance via phonedue to lack of emphasis displayed by their representative on the process in which the the call was going to be accessed. I'm sure court call loves to have unsatisfied customers. I would like a refund but they didn't care about my lack of knowledge about court call

Used many dozens of times over many years. Occasional problems, but 98% of the time things went off without a hitch.

UPDATE : Issue was resolved, a refund was issued. I just wish they would have handled the situation better from the beginning, but at the end of the day, they did the right thing.
Previous Comment: I recently had a terrible experience with CourtCall. On August 11, I arranged a court call for an exparte on calendar for the next day, I called and set it up and then a few hours later we got a call from the judge that the hearing was moved to hearing date we already had on calendar. I called CourtCall to cancel for the next day (since I already had a courtcall for the hearing it was moved to) and was told it was now cancelled. A month later I receive an invoice for the cancelled CourtCall and upon calling about the invoice, I was told that they might be able to check the records to see if the login and password were used (which they weren't). I was then put on hold so he could approve it with a manager, when he came back on I was told that they couldn't do that after all and that I did not cancel and that I was supposed to receive a cancellation confirmation and since I didn't have one I had to pay for the service. Someone on their end obviously messed up and didn't click something they were supposed to. I was told to call in and I did, I was told it was cancelled and since they didn't send me a confirmation I have to pay. That is ridiculous. I even spoke to a manager who refused to take any action to aid in the situation, she just said that since I didn't have a cancellation confirmation (that I didn't know I was supposed to receive or I would have followed up when I didn't receive it) that we would have to pay. That is terrible customer service!!! When you call in they have a recording that says that they record calls for quality assurance, when asked why they couldn't check the call, I was told that they don't do that. I asked her if we could just check the log and make sure no one logged in with that username and password and she refused. They took no responsibility for their mess up. I know I called in and cancelled it, I even had a log on my phone that I made that calls. A warning to consumers: If you call to cancel MAKE SURE YOU GET A CANCELLATION NOTICE otherwise you will end up paying for their screw up!
