I gave Fred Castro $250 to help me fight a speeding ticket in March 2018 Within two weeks he was answering a violation probation charge and went back to jail for 3 months. I never got any service. After Fred got out of jail I talked to him on the phone. I called his phone number he posted on his profile on Facebook. When I call him or text him at this phone number he answers. Now he States that it's his son's phone number. The conversations and texts were civil until Fred began name calling and threatening me

He gave me his word he was going to be true and refund me my money. This man has no integrity he does not hold to his word.

The contract he gave me states "if no motion is filed by him he will give a full refund" the court clerk confirmed it no motions. And there is no service fee because there is no service rendered you went to jail.

That was July. I still have not received my $250 and will be taking Fred to small claims court.

Do not do business with this company you will regret it

Fred is very rude and unprofessional, after trying to convey my displeasure in the service I received over the phone he went into a full profanity filled rant. He may be use to conducting buisness like this on a day to day but I'm not. Never will i do buisness with him again. All i can say is solicit his services at your own risk. Buyer beware. Please read other reviews before consulting this company.
Follow up the case was not won, I actually went to traffic school as the information he gave me did NOTHING and actually hurt my case. He is NOT an Attorney nor did he represent me in any shape or form. After reading his blatant lie filled reply I will be seeking legal action.

I can't believe the responses I'm seeing from the owner of this company. I was looking for help with my tickets and a friend told me about this company. After reading not the reviews but also the responses from the owner or worker I will never go to this place. Alot of things said was totally disrespectful. Geesh I can't believe what I've read totally unprofessional.

I didn't receive service from this office at all. I paid my money thinking I was going to receive service, I called to see what was going on with my case he said that his secretary noted that they called me for a court date, I never received a call nor message, nor letter in the mail that I was supposed have a new court date, then he proceeded to tell me that I would got to court, with in that hour, I couldn't just jump right up and get to court that fast, but I never heard anything thing back from him.i know for a fact that it was no paperwork filed by his office on my behalf glad I paid with bank card, my bank fought for me for me to get a full refund. Go at your own risk...

People, DO NOT bother stepping in to this business. The place smells. Horrible service. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Save your money and go to another place. You will get robbed and lied to in your face. If I could of rated this "business" no stars, I would.

I called to see how they work and he told me he can't talk on the phone unless I'm paying him or hire him... So rude. But thanks to his rudeness I found a better place. Thank you
