In 2018, I was asked by 2 cousins to be the administrator in the probate of their (my aunt) mother's estate after she died. Together we selected Conover & Grebe to represent us in the process. Through the whole process, Conover & Grebe has done a very good job of helping to resolve all issues and to let me distribute the final checks to the heirs. I worked closely with attorney Lorenzo Stoller and paralegal Joanna Gaspar to file all required paperwork and make sure the process met all requirements. It was not an easy process but Lorenzo and Joanna gave me confidence that we would reach the correct outcome and we did.

Sibylle Grebe helped me tremendously in getting me through an extremely stressful time in my life. Being the Trustee for my parents Trust was such a confusing time, my sister had passed and my brother was getting in the way of my carrying out what I felt were my parents wishes as expressed in their Trust. I felt as though if I had made one wrong move I would end up being sued, ordered by a court to pay a fine or compensation to my brother, and/or that my brother would end up controlling the assets from the Trust. I hate to think what would have happened should my brother have gotten his way..

Sibylle is fair and knowledgeable, and to the point prevented my situation from escalating to what was already a bad one into what could easily have turned into an even uglier one and relieved me of much of the burden that I was under.

From our first meeting Sibylle took her time, listened, answered any questions and/or concerns as well as voiced her own concerning the formation of my Living Trust. In its draft form Sibylle was very thorough while she patiently guided me through the Trust by explaining its implications and answered with confidence the multitude of questions that I had which left me knowing that the Trust, now in its final form, will benefit my wife as is my wish.

I am in the tail end of a probate case that involves 4 other siblings. 2 of the siblings are the Executors of the estate and have their attorney representing their own interests. Sibylle Grebe helped me establish a conservatorship for a friend who was very ill and had no family on the West Coast.
