Mr. Santiago was more then helpful as I am of an age that even writing things down doesn't always guarantee that I will be able to find what I wrote even on the computer and Mr. Santiago and the staff at DRASIN, YEE, & SANTIAGO great patience and tolerance by taking the time to bring me up to speed and remind me of the things that I perhaps had forgotten, this part was most important to me because there were a lot of thing going on at the same time including dealing with State Disability who will only deal with the client and not with lawyers and at times dealing with Workers comp who I could refer to Santiago's office and did.
From the negotiating portion of our relationship that was handled at the office end, and was very satisfactorily handled I would have preferred to have feeling returned to my hand, arm, shoulder, and neck but the doctors figure this is not likely but the settlement was reasonable and according to the book, this apparently has all been written down in a book.
In short if you have been injured on the job it is in your best interest to visit DRASIN, YEE & SANTIAGO I know this sounds like a commercial but the company generally wants to sweep this under the carpet or at best get you to sign away you rights (life) for little to nothing don’t be fooled they are not on your side and while the individual that you are talking may care the loss department down town is pulling the strings.
