We purchase a new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. After only 1,000 miles it needed a new transmission, between 6 months to a year later another transmission.(3 tranny.) Not only dealing with the transmission problem I've been driving with no AIRBAGS (sensor replace 4 times). After all this you would think the Corp. WILL understand the frustration we're going through driving from LA to Ontario with two little ones (NOT FUN) The Corp. would buy back the car, but they were not willing to work with us, 4 years back and forth. Did not know we had a lemon car until we talked to a mechanic (Thank you Edwin) that provided Mr. Valdez info. Thanks to Mr.Valdez only 6 months. He was patient enough to explained this process (multiple times).Returning calls and emails in a timely matter. Very professorial and honest. Not sure why this law firm lists on their website that they handle Lemon Law cases. What a waste of my time to be interviewed by secretary and then send in requested repair orders, only to get a call back from David Valdez to tell me that they only work with car dealer fraud. My suggestion is to remove Lemon Law cases from website and google searches.

What can I say? David Valdez is the BEST of the BEST!!!! I got screwed by a fraud dealer, who sold me a luxury vehicle w/ more problems than EVER once I drove off the lot. The dealer refused to take the vehicle back or fix the issues, so I notified Mr. Valdez Law Office to assist me with legal processing. He was sent from HEAVEN. I received a settlement offer in a timely manner. I wasn't satisfied with the offer, so he counter offered. I received the majority of my counter & I am very happy with the offer.
