I lost my passports to the British Embassy and could not get them back despite the fact that I contacted them personally and did everything that I could have done. Even before I hired Yan to help me out, he guided me and provided me with options, however the situation was way out of hand as I needed to apply for my Green Card ASAP.
Yan came to the rescue and he found ways to file for my Green Card even without the actual passports while he was in the process of getting them back for me. He is excellent at contacting the foreign embassy and consulate offices around the world. Finally, I couldn't believe the day when my passports arrived in the mail and I did not even pay to have them shipped!
On another note, I made a mistake with an appointment and when I realized it, I called Yan. He is always so quick to respond and so knowledgable to immediately take action and resolve the issue.
