I was really reluctant to "go the lawyer route" when I got into my motorcycle accident, but on the recommendation of a friend I set up a meeting with Majid. From start to finish, he took care of everything and made sure I was physically and financially taken care of after my accident. I can't imagine the amount of time and energy he saved me, all the while making sure that my recovery was number one priority.

On January 15, 2015 I came home from San Diego, Ca, to my apartment to find a huge leak in my ceiling that ruined my brand new mattress and $1200 Macbook that was on my bed. I found myself hopeless not knowing what to do, since I had just spent most of my money on tuition and books, I knew I had no money left over to replace the damaged items. I had no clue what to do, and after the Manager of the apartments denied any obligation to pay for my damaged items, since I did not have renters insurance, I felt even more hopeless. I was then referred to Mr. Hashemi by a friend, and although Mr. Hashemi is a personal injury attorney, my friend thought it would be a good idea to at least get some legal advice from an attorney. At first I was a bit nervous to get Mr. Hashemi involved since I'd never dealt with a lawyer at all, but it turned out to be the complete opposite and a learning experience for me. After hearing my story, Mr. Hashemi advised me to further investigate the incident, and through that investigation we were able to find out that the owners negligence is what caused the leakage. Mr. Hashemi helped our family when our insurance company denied coverage for our son's accident. Due to an oversight my son was never added to the policy.
