Shenkman is suing school districts, one after the other, mostly capturing attorney's fees and never going to court. What a terrible human being. Living off school district money (taking away from our childrens' education) to support his current lifestyle. He doesn't care about hispanic voters. Spenkman found an easy way to milk money from the southern California school districts.
