Mr. Rouse work for me in 2017-2018. Highly intelligent attorney, but did not put forth the effort to really represent me properly. Certainly felt like he was working with the state and my X wife against me. Left me with feeling like since he knows and see the corruption of the judicial system is difficult t deal with,(which is more intense in counties like Cobb,where whites have full power on the bench) he decided to join along with that system and their evil ways.
I am sure he is more effective in counties where racism is less, but he is not effective in counties where whites continue to use black people to create more jobs, by the processing of innocent black men.
Sometimes our need to make a living for our families can be in conflict with our opportunity to help people that hire us to help. He was more concerned about getting assets for me, out of my divorce, then he was securing partial custody of my kids like I wanted. Hopefully he will make a better effort, and if the county is not a place where he really is effective in, he should be upfront in telling his client to find another attorney.
I don't recommend him for divorce or temporary protective order issues he just is not good at it and he should have been more honest about his ability.
Hopefully he is much better and it was just that he got paid off by the other sides attorney to not do his job correctly for me. I truely hope that was the case.
