I was nervous at first but he made me feel as if I was at home. Alexander is the one to get the job done! Very professional and kind hearted. I left the office with a smile.

I came into the office for an appointment and from my understanding the office opens at 9am. The receptionist unlocked the door while myself and another customer was outside waiting, we were waiting for her to open the door or even a gesture that they were open. We stood outside alittle after 9am and proceeded to open the door to find the receptionist sitting at her desk. She asked my name and said someone would be with me shortly. After a few minutes I went back up to the desk and asked if I had to wait in order to take the course on the computer. Her response was so unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. She said “Someone will be right with you!” I said “I was just asking if I could use the computer while I wait” she cut me off and said “Yes, you have to wait, someone will be right with you”! Wow! Customer service is a skill not many have.

Really nice people work here. The receptionist Brandi made me feel comfortable (very nice young lady and professional) and answered basic questions about Bankruptcy. I would recommended this firm to my friends and family.

This place only thinks about the money. I am a single parent barely staying afloat and they have given the worst legal advice ever. A creditor has come along and tried to add additional money and they are saying they can't do anything about it and I have to hire another attorney to handle the situation. Hello geniuses I can't afford to pay two attorneys and pay my bills. I got scammed by debtstoppers and this new debt can leave us homeless. This is more serious than just a joke. Well I'm sure the attorneys and their kids have food on the table and a place to sleep. I wouldn't refer a dead dog to this place. 20 thumbs down.

Terrible service, I asked or my account to be cancelled and the law firm, I never even went to the first court date and they still took almost $300 out of my account on the day I needed to pay rent and they claim theres nothing they can do about it. These people are sharks, dont care about the people only want to take people money and should be prosecuted.

Best place to go for bankruptcy help

These people are so unprofessional. I had an appt in October of last year and was told to come back in 90 days, February 1st. I get to their office and no one is there. Haven't received a reminder or follow up call then when I call to reschedule I am told my appt was for the College Park office... huh? To make matters worse they already have $200 of my money. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to these bums.

Im Kenneth Burley, and I was slammed by this guy Russ in the call center, I called to get some advice over the phone about something other than debt stopping and bankruptcy and this Russ guy gave me the impression that he was an attorney and had me to drive all the way to Lithonia to find out he was a phone person in the call center, big time misrepresentation and to think that this guy is representing a law firm, but I must say once this was brought to the concern of the firm they wasted no time addressing this .

They are amazingly friendly, kind and generous. Very attentive and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to them and I am very happy about the decision I made.Peter Was very helpful and made sure I was aware of everything.i would say they made me feel like I was not being pressured into signing anything that I didn't feel comfortable about.

So far I am disappointed with the company as a whole. You can hardly ever get through to speak with your appointed attorney. There is always a paralegal blocking. You receive miss information and on occasion I have received another customers personal information (a 37 page document). To me it looks like after they collect their fees, you are on your own. If I were you I would choose another company. I am very, very dissatisfied.

They do great work but could use a lesson in professional courtesy. You may catch someone on a bad day. However, any time i call to make a payment and you rudely catch an attitude and tell me to call back and speak to someone else verses transferring me to the correct person you have a serious problem and maybe need a nap or a time out. I'll continue to pay off my balance because it is a new year and I am trying to get my life back on the correct path. But i won't be recommending any more friends or family members to debt stoppers until they work on their etiquette.

Upon completion with them I had a chance to have a conversation with the receptionist Leah Hansley who gave me great insight as to what to expect next, she also displayed a professional knowledge as to what was to be expected. You could never get in touch with the lawyer I've called so many times and cannot get a hold of my lawyer every time I try to call the they tell me that I have a new lawyer and one of my lawyers actually quit the firm this company is a joke and I paid them so much money do not come to this company no matter how they try to make it sound good there a rip off and will treat you like a pro bono case

They lie to you. They make promises just to get you in the office only tell send you away in tears.
