I am very unsatisfied with this law firm.I waited almost 2 years for nothing.During that time it was always,I am working on it,and there is nothing new.THEY GET PAID...THE FAKE LOAN TO HELP WHILE YOU CANT WORK ,GET PAID...BUT NOT THE INDIVIDUAL WHO CALLED THEM FOR SERVICE.
SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!

I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first, my opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. Burrow & Associates, LLC fought hard for me.
They went above and beyond and did everything that they could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm or attorney.

I went with a different law firm. I agree with the other customer about asking questions. Don't do that, or you will get dismissed. Look around before making your final decision.

Great place to get financial help

I am not a fan of this law office. I am not well versed in this area but I’m trying to learn how to be most effective in this situation so I ask questions. Maybe they do not like that because I get the craziest stares like ‘how dare you’. I had to double check to make sure I didn’t offend the lawyer with my questions. When I ask for copies of my signed documents, it took several request before they would send it over. Initially I wasn’t even acknowledged for the request, I had to withhold information in order to get my request acknowledged. This was a scary process for me to go through after my divorce and the lawyers couldn’t have cared less. Very nonchalant people. No hospitality here. No communication as to what the process is, what to expect, I mostly see and talk to different people anytime I call. Even the lawyer who showed up to court I didn’t know him at all. I wasn’t told that the contractor would be representing me and when I brought this to their attention that it’s unprofessional to not let their client know who would handle their case, they brushed it off. When I come to sign documents they’re never prepared even though we have an appointment and I have to take off work. They don’t even know who I am, just looks at me like I’m selling vacuums or something when I knock on the door. More than likely I will find another law office. The customer service failure is high here for me. I don’t feel like I’m being coached through this or set up for success. But low and behold they want more money for information I’ve already provided. Not a right fit for me.
