Julie Poirier picked up when my wife was at her wits end dealing with the worker comp lawyers for my employer.... Julie made sure I got the treatment that I needed. My wife handled most of the interaction with all the lawyers and doctors. My wife says Julie and everyone on her staff were easy to reach, easy to interact with, very patient, and very compassionate. When the doctor requested a second (better quality) MRI, the Adjuster did not acknowledge it. My wife logged in to the Patient Portal and got a copy of the doctor's notes and she sent them to Julie. Julie contacted the lawyers for my employer and Julie made sure that the Adjuster approved the second MRI. As mentioned earlier, Julie made sure that I got the treatment that I needed.

Don't stress yourself out interacting with the Adjuster or the workers comp lawyers that work for your employer. Also know that your Case Manager DOES NOT have your best interest at heart; they work for your Adjuster. Call Julie and let Julie handle it so you can focus on getting well.
