Five stars isnt enough! I spoke with a lot of attorneys but I knew to choose Mr. Hicks after sitting down with him for 20 minutes. I just knew I was in good hands from conversing with him. He was true to his word and fought for me and did everything he possibly could. Mr. Hicks negotiated my charges from a felony to a misdemenor, no jail time just a fine and community service. Getting charged with a felony is no joke! Didnt have to worry with attorney Hicks though. Thank you Hicks Law Firm!

I really appreciate Mr. Hicks work. There's so many personal injury lawyers in atlanta I was so worried about choosing. Mr. Hicks was recommended to me by another client so I felt a little more comfortable hearing her experience. He definitely worked hard and got me a great outcome.

I was happy with Mr. Hicks intially because he seemed eager to help. But after paying my fees he wasn't much help. He never returns my calls or emails. If he couldn't help me with my case I would of preferred him to be honest and just tell me that. 1,000 down the drain. *in reply to Mr.Hicks* Perhaps you have my case confused with someone elses because I provided you with proof of all my conditions that had been met. If there was anything missing you definitely didn't inform me. I completed community service, anger management class, and was up to date on my payments.I have proof of email threads as well as call records showing that I called you but never called me back or returned my emails.I also have family members who tried to contact you on my behalf since you never reached back out to me. The last I heard from you, you were supposed to file a motion for a probation revocation hearing but you never did.

I first contacted Hicks Law Firm through a message on the website late one night. Mr. Hicks himself replied by phone first thing in the morning. I got in some pretty big trouble and needed a great attorney. Mr. Hicks was extremely helpful and took time to clearly answer all my questions. He kept me totally informed of everything from the beginning to completing my case. He’s a great lawyer and always cared and responded to my calls. (even when I probably shouldn’t have been bothering him!) He’s an expert attorney and definitely goes the extra mile.

Initially, I was more than happy with my services... Until the end. Im not even the review kind of person, but Attorney Hicks definetly took advantage of me. He ASSURED me my licence would not be suspended after a first offender DUI and also that I wouldn't get ANY jail time. Toward the end of my case he eased on me that I would have to do a day in jail, and on the LAST day of court he told me he "forgot" to tell me that i had to get a permit and that my licence "may" be suspended. This was so manipulative of him becuase he knew the only two things I cared about were jail time and keeping my licence. I wasted 3,000$ on this law firm.
Please, DO NOT make the mistake I did and even if you consider this firm, please research your own case. Learn from me!

Highly rated referral. Mr. Hicks is friendly and very knowledgeable. I also couldn't have asked for someone more professional. He settled my accident case for more than I expected and communicated with me throughout the process. I'm extremely happy with the job he did and I could tell he actually cared about my medical treatment after my accident. Really appreciate everything he did for me. I can not be more pleased with the outcome of the case that Attorney Hicks represented for me, nor more thankful for his help. I was very nervous due to the charge and possible time being faced. I contacted Mr. Hicks and he responded VERY quickly. I know I rambled about the case because of nerves, but Mr. Hicks listened very patiently. We went over the case, his fees, and he gave me time to think. I quickly chose him and he continued to keep me informed about my case and impressed with his professionalism. My case was in Fulton County with a rough judge. Mr. Hicks was not phased or shook even after I heard other lawyers talking about how they normally don't take cases in this judge's courtroom due to her demeanor and sentences. On the day of my hearing, I hadn't received notice. Neither had Mr. Hicks. But he had kept up with the courtroom and made sure I was there even though I wasn't notified. Mr. Hicks, my wife, and I walked out of that courtroom with me receiving probation from a charge that carried 30 YEARS. THANK YOU, MR. HICKS!

So far, so good. I am not easy to please and needed an attorney that understood the importance of my case to me. Thus far, Mr. Hicks has been quick to respond, detail oriented, and professional. I will update my review upon completion of my case but I am confident that I will receive favorability after speaking with Attorney Hicks.

Glorified scam artists. Do not do business with them, do not rent from them. If you do, make sure to get written notice of payments, agreements, and promises, because if you don’t they will RIP YOU OFF.

I recommend Mr. Hicks for any situation. I hired Mr. Hicks last year around Nov. 2016 and just now finishing my case Oct. 2017. He stood by my side through the whole ride. There was times during the case where my background came back to haunt me. Mr. Hicks didn't give up on trying to get the best outcome for me he fought all the way to the end. Everybody's case is different but like i said I recommend Mr. Hicks for any situation he will fight for you!!!
