Mr. Brody represented my family member in a very serious sex crimes case last year. We were horrified when he was falsely arrested for something he didn't do. You hear about false accusations but never really think it will happen to you or your loved one. When the police knocked on my door and grabbed my loved one with ten other cops standing by, it was the most terrifying night of my life and it was all based on one girl's word. We immediately went out and hired the best lawyer who handles sex crimes in Georgia based on a referral from a big law firm. Mr. Brody immediately got our son bail, and he came up with a strategy immediately along with his investigator Shannon. After spending months working on it, he was able to uncover evidence that this girl was lying about the event and that it was all consensual. He is extremely well versed in technology and was able to use that to uncover the false claims. Mr. Brody does charge a lot of money & we needed to borrow it to pay him. However, he has a very low case load which allows him to spend quality time on your case. We cannot thank him enough for getting the case dropped without it going to court. My son's record is now restricted.

Charged me $35,000 and never even showed up for arraignment. Talked a great game, seemed interested, but demanded an additional $10,000 up front (would have made a total of $45,000) before ever going to court (just a couple business days before court, on a holiday weekend). Talked to him and asked if I could give him half (of the additional $10,000), and make payments on remainder, to which he said "No". He never showed up to court, and never even contacted court to notify them either.
Would never recommend this guy.
