THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY WANT TO ARGUE WITH YOU INSTEAD OF TELLING YOU THE PROBLEM. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING THE MONEY THAT IS OWED, WHICH I DID NOT EVEN KNOW I OWED IT. I JUST SPOKE TO THE ORIGINAL PERSON WHICH IS CHECK AND GO AND THEY STATED THEY HAVE MY WRONG INFO ON FILE. I ALSO CALLED THE COLLECTION AGENCY WHICH SAID THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING NOTICES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IN 2014 AND THAT THEY HAVE MY WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. I DO NOT LIKE BEING TALKED TO LIKE THAT OR THREATENED!!! YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD COLLECTION SKILLS OR CREDITOR SKILLS OR JUST PLAIN OUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT AT ALL.

called and asked about judgement services, was told that I had to come in and talk to an attorney. That I have to pay $350 to just speak to them and for them to quote a price on my collection. I already know the information I told them, I have all the information for you and its current. I was informed even if its minimal and just filing paper work, they need to quote you. No one is there to quote me and i have to be put on a calendar. $350 getting rich off those, Laywers are the worst
