Professional, courteous and fast!

This was our third time purchasing and my husband and I have never experienced such a professional staff. They were all so prompt with sharing updated information and when we had questions we could always expect to get a response to our email within the hour. The staff always shows a sense of urgency and in addition to that we actually closed on the property sooner than we had anticipated.

Visiting the Camp creek office was a breeze, this was my first time. The attorney really took her time with me. My agent couldn't make the closing. I will admit I was concerned but once the closing began. The attorney made me feel like she really cared, was very professional and made me feel comfortable, she explained everything clearly.

Don't use them. I went in to sign documents for a closing and they forgot that I needed to sign additional documents. They didn't have the check issued for the closing. Very unprofessional.

I have had a horrible experience with this firm, very similar to what Chris J wrote. When I finally got someone on the phone and started asking questions about the closing for the sale of our condo, (which we were doing remotely), I was told "You can't put this all on me" and abruptly transferred where I sat on hold until finally a recording came on asking me to leave a message. Basically, she hung up on me. Ms. Mays makes "assurances", but doesn't follow through and even after "assuring" me on the phone that I would receive all the signed documents pertaining to our closing by the end of the day, I never received the documents. I will do as Chris J has done and file a complaint. Be aware: the two negative reviews posted here are from actual clients. All the positive reviews are from "local guides."

Pleasant closing attorney's and staff.

Literally the WORST closing experience I have ever had. Arrived by 9:30am and was there until nearly 2pm. They were not prepared and they were extremely unprofessional in every way imaginable. At one point, the closing attorney yelled at my realtor over a $187.00 mistake that he was refusing to fix and then stormed out to go vape in the parking lot. The documents had multiple errors and we kept having to wait each time we caught an error for everything to be reprinted. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.

Had a closing and documents were to be mailed to mailing address given. Deed and title insurance sent to the vacant lot we purchase. This was after four months of calling them. Who ever heard of such nonsense. Then we were told to get originals from the courthouse ourselves. This is for services we paid for. Bad management and sloopy closing.

I got here at 8:45 am on a Monday. No one was here at the office even though they were supposed to be open at 8:30 according to their website and Google. Waited for 20 minutes and still not open. They are very antiquated in their methods of depositing earnest money. Not very accommodating and overall the firm’s practice is very outdated.

I am a Realtor and they are my preferred closing attorney. I have been working with them for over three years. Kim, Jerri, and Candace are great and help make all my transactions go smoothly

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Kimberly the attorney will not take your call she is always in a closing, not to mention it took three months to get them to refund my funds. They called immediately to pick up check when I filed a complaint with the bar association
