And since our unique circumstances made the process a huge financial stress, they facilitated the closing on the property we were parting ways with the utmost possible care. Due to the high maintenance lender on the other end, things potentially could have gotten chaotic for all parties. Every step of the way ......in a looooong process...Kim calmed my wife and I down and worked strenuously to get EXACTLY the parameters we wanted in the closing. Horrible experience. I waited for 6 hours to close, they forced me to use an insurance company they could get kickbacks from and told me I could not get my home through an LLC.

If you need to get a house sold, this is the place. We had tremendous trouble trying to do a short sell on a home and, in no time, the team at KK & A was able to find our sellers and ensure that we were on our way to a sell. Great experience and hospitality, so much so that we got our living wills handled there as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Very poor business practices. The Attorneys office took money out of an earnest money check they were holding between us and the seller. The seller released the check back to us when we canceled our contract within our due dillegence period.. The attorney's office took over two months to release the check and subtracted what they called a processing fee. They had no documentation upon engagement stating anything about a fee or the amount. What they did was a strong violation of ethical business practice.. Buyers and sellers beware!!

Worst experience I've ever had with a law group. I am genuinely surprised that this business is allowed to exist. 2 stars instead of 1 because they did manage to somehow close on the house.
