Attorney McKnight is amazing! I hired her after I realized my prior attorney didn’t have my best interest. Attorney McKnight did everything she could to make sure I got what I needed which included a HUGE increase in child support. Her staff is just as wonderful and professional. I hope not to need her again in the future but if I do, I know I will be well taken care of!

I called to set up a consult/appointment..... Was told by Andrea ( who answers the phone) after taking all my info she would call me back that afternoon and let me know. I have a Legal service and told her that then...... I had to call them back the following day for a time sensitive case to even hear from them period but then get told instantly we aren’t taking more cases. We are just too overloaded. But I had a friend call there and they were willing to set something up........ So my takes from this is they will take cases they can charge whatever and if you are truly needing help you won’t get it bc they are just way to overloaded with cases. AND if you are using a prepaid legal service they won’t even feel you are worthy of even a call back to deny you. Apparently money is all that matters not actually providing legal services. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
