My wife and I recently had a new will and medical directives written by attorney William Miller. We found Mr. Miller to be very knowledgeable and professional, and great to work with. Mr. Miller took the time to really listen to us and what we wanted in the will and medical directives. This resulted in these legal documents being just what we were looking for. We would highly recommend Mr. Miller to anyone who needs a will or help with estate planning.
Two things I have learned from this process: First, use a lawyer who specializes in this type of law. Don’t go to just any lawyer. Secondly, be proactive and get the necessary legal documents in place before an unplanned event happens (someone dies unexpectedly or has to go to an assisted living facility, for example). Not doing so can cost you a lot of money and time.

They explain everything to you fully and makes sure you understand every aspect of what’s going on. Being that l have MS and it has slurred my speech, thinking process and physical abilities, they made sure l was comfortable and was treated with the utmost respect. Bruce Adams is an amazing resource to assist with any end of life planning for elderly parents. He far exceeded my exceptions while assisting my family and I with securing my parent's assets. My personal advice is not to wait to complete this process because there are time sensitive requirements (that if not met) could jeopardize your loved one's assets.
