Doug ghee had been my parents' lawyer for over 30 years. Charging them to draw up basic legal documents - many times incorrectly and then charging them again to do correctly, or so he said. I paid him $2500 in advance to get their wills handled properly.
After they died, the wills he wrote for them were trashed by dishonorable Calcoun County Probate judge Alice Martin.She overruled them and disrespected their wishes and named a local lawyer, Drew Sentar, to be the executor. Ghee said we'll get them moved to another court. When the deadline came, he told me that he didn't want to go against her because she would use that against him in the future.
She has been rude and unprofessional since 2013 and the wills have not been settled.
Stay away from Ghee. He is immoral and indecent.
