Lori was outstanding! She proved that she truly is the best and we would recommend her to everyone. The matter was handled with utmost professionalism and ended being more favorable than we had ever thought thanks to Lori! Truly a five star law firm!

We are grateful for the assistance that Hope has brought to us! We had a very tough time with getting the school to recognize our sons educational needs and Hope was able to get everything set up very quickly. Hope was very knowledgeable and was honest with us. We chose to use her services since the school staff was not receptive to our sons needs. Ever since her intervention with the school our son is now getting his educational needs met. Thank you Hope for everything you have done for our son!

Lori's counsel is invaluable and I highly recommend her to anyone going through the IEP / Evaluation process, even if it's just to get educated. Well worth it!

They are amazing. Have used them twice in two different occassions and have exceeded my expectations both time. I highly highly recommended them.

My grandfather used to say avoid attorneys and courtrooms at all costs. As most of us learn from life experience, grandpa’s advice is nearly impossible to achieve. Our family was compelled to seek legal counsel for educational equality, of all things, and thank goodness Hope Kirsch chose her profession as she proved to be a competent advocate in the above regard. Legal Agreements prevent us from being specific about this arduous journey. Suffice it to say, Hope remains on speed dial and our faith in her is complete. Thank you Hope!

Lori was fantastic to work with. We found ourselves in a situation with our child's School that we thought we could resolve ourselves. Schools have changed the way they handle students and parents these days, we had no idea how under-prepared we were.
The teachers and administrators no longer work for the parents, they are not "on your side” and they are not trying to find a solution in your child's best interest. If your child is in-line, problem free and not causing his/her teachers to work harder than they want to, you likely have no issues with your school.
However, if you are reading this review you probably have an issue, or you're afraid you may not be treated fairly. Let me assure you that you are correct, you will not be treated with the same care and respect you would have been 10 years ago.
We were facing a Disciplinary Hearing, thankfully my wife read reviews about the hearings. All the parents had one message, “I wish I had hired an attorney before I went in”. I can tell you having been through this; I am glad I did hire an attorney. I would not have been able to refrain from losing my temper, I would not have done my child any favors, and knowing what I know now, I would not have come up with the same resolution Lori proposed. If you have a good child who's made a stupid choice or your child requires special care and the School is acting like they are not able to help you, hiring these people is money WELL invested. You will also save yourself an immeasurable amount of frustration and stress.

I am so incredibly grateful for Hope! Words do not do justice for what she has done for our son! Not only did we get amazing results quicker than I could have imagined, but she did so with care and compassion. Hope was there for us EVERY step of the way. Her unique combination of being extremely knowledgeable in the area of services for children with special needs as well as the laws surrounding these needs makes her a powerhouse. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with an attorney. I would highly recommend them. Extremely ethical and honest, not easy to find. Thank you Hope for everything you have done for our son we will never be able to repay you!

Lori Kirsch Goodwin is an exceptional attorney. She was thorough, easy to work with, and took the time needed to educate us, as clients regarding our rights, responsibilities, and procedural options as it pertained to special education laws. Due to the work she put in on our behalf, the quality of our child's education has been drastically improved, and the resources he has been so desperately in need of are finally at his disposal. The results of Lori's efforts for our child will ripple out, providing him with the skills he needs moving forward, to not just get by, but thrive into his adult life.

So glad we found KGK Law. They helped us get our special needs son the help he needed. We couldn’t have done this without them! Definitely recommend them to our friends.

i sought out KGK on a touchy legal matter and was pleasant surprised by the promptness of the response and assessment of my case. I was assured they would review the matter and if they could not help, would tell me so, which I appreciated their honesty. The matter was resolved in my favor and I was very very happy with the outcome. I would recommend them highly.

I advise anyone seeking the legal representation of this attorney to RECORD all communications.. hope Kirsch will quickly forget your consultation after she receives payment for the session. Then she declines to represent your child. All around lazy attorney, in my opinion.
