I see that he is listed twice on google. Stay away. sad excuse for a family evaluator . He gives preferential treatment to one side with an inability to give accurate evaluations. His final write up is even more second rate. I can't believe he has a PhD.

Horrible.... has no interest in the case other than the 18,000 dollars he charges.... the recommendations he made to the court were weak and i believe partially contributed to my Son's death before his 19th birthday... the system....including Dr. Moran failed him miserably

Gave excellent advice and wrote a very useful book for those in the grips of a difficult divorce. Trustworthy!
