I recently completed resolution of a case with Joel Thurston as opposing counsel. This was my first experience dealing with Joel.

Our clients had a long history of conflict, discord, and distrust since there dissolution was finalized, particularly with coparenting. The issues were complex.

Through negotiation, listening to each other, staying out of the client discord, and being creative, we were able to resolve all issues and avoid for our clients the time, expense, anxiety and unknowns of going to a hearing and letting a Judge decide the parties disagreements.
