Scam, Fraud and Failure to Perform, for services paid for.. A CA State Bar Complaint is in process, along with the Better Business Bureau. I have spoken with the District Attorney's Office and was advised that I can/should file a formal complaint of Fraud with the police department and the case can go to the District Attorney. I will be doing that soon. I am also notifying the Desert Sun Newspaper. All David Osborne had to do was file my case, Instead he kept my money and demanded additional monies and then told me to file it myself, or go pay another attorney. I am an older woman, he takes advantage of women and the aged. Two years have gone by since I originally gave him money, and more in the past few months and he has refused to file my case, yet still wants additional monies. . I paid in full for a CA bankruptcy and full filing fees, and he did not file there, his paralegal always had an excuse and they also refused to file in AZ.
