About 6 weeks later, we received the letter from immigration on the date and time of our interview. The interview was easy and short. We told the officer that we expected the interview to be longer and she said it usually is but since all our paperwork was in order there was no need to make it longer. We walked out of the building very happy that my wife was now a legal resident. We come back in two years to get her permanent resident green card and then file for full citizenship.
