Do grate thing

I forgot to write a review and am now coming back approximately 10 months later to let everyone who is considering an eviction that April Roberts did a great job for me. She was knowledgeable about the whole process and her fee was reasonable. She told me to try a simple letter first to see how my tenant would respond. If that wouldn't work She explained the process of the next step which would include the court and a judge. Luckily for me a simple letter was all I needed and the cost to have this person gone was inexpensive with less time and aggravation. In my case, i got lucky thanks to Aprils persistence. I would use her services again if i ever have another problem renter. Highly recommended.

I can't imagine this financial situation being any more organized, the staff was very patient and compassionate. If you have come to a place where your apprehension about going through this process, I would highly recommend this firm !
