A “3 hr wait” for a procedure they didn’t do, yet I was told prior on the phone that they did. Nice office but reception needs to be educated on what they do there.

Please don’t book here unless, you want below standard customer service. Don’t book here if you want to avoid excuses about anything from long wait times, to “not done” accidents, like sending away for info, placing med referrals to specialists, and other generic unorganized business bad habits. The doctor interrupted me when I was answering a question about my health with “do not talk when I talk.” What kind of doctor gives you excuse after excuse for any question, completely be unable to hold conversation. The list is endless. Feel free to contact me to verify my experience. I am not slandering and will happily edit my post if they can present evidence that I am being dishonest

I went there for a back problem and they had an intern in the room and the doctor was showing her my problem they never asked me if it was ok with me. Then when I returned for my results they had the intern look at me with no doctor and she evaluated me and said I was good and when I asked to see the doctor because I didnt feel comfortable they said she was busy. When i walked out the room the doctor was just standing behind the desk doing nothing just looking at the staff she didnt even look at me. So do not go here! unless you just want to waste your money and get results from an intern so they can just sit back and collect.

I'd give it Zero stars if I could! This place is AWFUL! Clean facility,,But the staff is Rude!! I wait 4 hours till I was seen.. Got diagnosed with the flu..THEY NEVER CALLED IN MY PRESCRIPTIONS!!! I called & called,,Finally they called them in,,,To the wrong place!!!!! Dont go here unless i wanna die!! This place is horrible.. I put a complaint on them

Front office girls are very rude.Referral Specialist doesn't get out of character but doesn't know what she's doing. Assistant's are professional and Dr. Danesh is great

It's bad enough that they have you do some kind of paperwork right at your appointment time but to make you wait twice ( 30 - 45 minutes after appointment time to go in and an additional 40 minutes or so waiting for the doctor to see you in the room ) for a visit that realistically should take only 5 minutes.

Just for all you women in the Lake Elsinore area, this Doctor no longer does any women wellness appointments. I was just told that the male PA's are to busy to do pap smears or other women issues. That is so crazy! I have never heard of a doctor turning you down to do a wellness procedure

I called to make any appointment in which they fit me in to their very busy schedule. When I arrived at the office is was very well kept and clean. I was seen by one of the providers who took their time and answered all my questions. He even set up a goals for my next visit. No other provider has ever cared enough to follow through! I was impressed that I received follow up calls regarding my labs and radiology even though they were normal. It is their policy to call all patients back regardless of results. Clearly this is a busy office but they are professional and I will be back!

I am so glad that I found this urgent care / it is a very clean atmosphere and very professional, I was seen right away and they made me and my family feel safe and comfortable. I like the urgency of the provider that took care of me and he was very informative about my health. Thank you so much and I would recommend this facility to all of my family and friends.

I went there today, I arrived at 150PM..they call me inside around 3PM and the nurse took my vital signs and told me that the doctor will be there shortly. I went outside around 340PM and told them I am waiting, my purpose was to let them know that someone is inside not to make a scene. A nurse told me that the doctor will be there. I left my door open, someone came inside without greeting and not introducing himself and I believed his the doctor. He went straight to the computer and while facing the computer he said that 1 hr of wait as walk in is not that bad, I said doc im here since 150. And he asked me what kind of work do i have (im wearing scrubs, im a home health LVN) i told him I owned a facility for the elderly. Is it right for you Doctor Ryan to ask me about my job? If I am just an ordinary employee it does not mean that my time is not precious as yours. He said that I am making a fuss outside, I said I went outside just to let the staff know that someone is waiting, that they did not forget about me. And I said Im sorry if you interpreted that way but I am not making a scene, I just want to be seen by a good & caring doctor and not by an arrogant and conceited doctor. Thats all I want.. Dr. Danesh is a very good doctor.

I've been a long time patient of Dr. Danesh's office even back in the dark days of the Canyon Lake location and still stuck with his practice because of the level of care the he personally provided. Improvements were made when they moved their office to Canyon Estates and changed some personnel. Now they are back to their old tricks with a lazy, indifferent and condescending office staff with very few exceptions. Dr. Danesh, I hope you can rein this in before your practice is destroyed. In the meantime I will be contacting Aetna to lodge my complaints there and request another PCP.
