Terrible service. Dont waste your time, Mark wated 5 months of my time and he never responds on his cell phone. GUESS WHAT? He served my wife divorce papers via email who does that ? I would rather pay 5k for legit lawyer rather than Mark that doesnt know NOTHING. Zero Stars

Sorry to have to say that the treatment by Berkeley LDA Services was not what I expected. It seems to be that some clients get better treatment than others. Here is my story: I picked this Company from a Google search on the Internet for a Chinese friend who asked me for help with his divorce.
The fee to be paid upfront was higher than advertised, which was ok with my friend, because he was impressed with the office and location, and he thought that he would get excellent service. The whole process was like pulling teeth. Mark Kizer did not seem to like the fact that he had to deal with me as an intermediary. I had to constantly ask for update information which I needed to pass on to my friend and his family. When I complained, Mr. Kizer's answer was defensive. After the divorce was granted , we were emailed a copy of the docket with a note that we would have to apply for the official divorce document ourselves. I wrote an email asking for his help by emailing me the correct address of the Superior Court to which to send the application for a copy of the official document. Mr. Kizer never deemed it necessary to reply. I cannot recommend LDA Services. There are better and less expensive legal advice services available in all areas. Buyer beware.

I cannot say enough good things about this service. I had been in family court for more than 3 years and absolutely nothing was getting done. I found Berkeley LDA Services on Google and decided to try them. We met at their Costa Mesa office and they quickly analyzed my case. They actually found many mistakes that my previous service made that I wasn't even aware of! The papers were fixed and resubmitted to the court and the papers were quickly approved. Mark Kizer was especially amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. All the staff were very helpful and sympathetic to my frustrations with my prior service. Mark and his staff deserve more than 5 stars IMO. I found this service on Google and they have exceeded my expectations. Mark is easy to work with gets back to me right away. I had an extremely bad experience with a previous lawyer who messed up my case and cost me a fortune. Mark helped me through a tricky divorce case and I was able to settle without going to trial. Now I can live a normal life. I hope I don't need his assistance again but if I do I will be using Mark and his assistants. I HIGHLY recommend this service to ANYONE.

Mark Kizer was literally FANTASTIC in helping me with some recent legal work I needed to submit. No joke, he was more knowledgable than some (really high priced) attorneys I've used in the past. If you EVER need legal documents completed at lightening fast pace with complete confidence no forms will be missing (so easy to do when trying to represent yourself) this is the place to go. I did my research online to find his services & went through sooo many calls & sensed only the hate & switch coming. Not here. From the very moment I spoke with Mark, everything was so straightforward, honest & he can even crack a joke all the while, just making you KNOW (not just feel) that he KNOWS his stuff. A fraction of the price you'd spend with an attorney. I'd even suggest (if you have a bigger issue or are even currently working w/ an attorney) that you have Mark do the legal doc prepping & only pay the big $$ for when the lawyer is absolutely necessary.
