I tried to email this business about one of their cases and had a terrible time dealing with the staff. They kept telling me that my gmail account email wasn't going through. Apparently, they got some of my one-sentence follow-up emails, but never received the substantive emails. It was infuriating. I have never had issues with anybody receiving my emails. Their final advice was that I should send my email through snail mail. After I made a terrible fuss on the phone, then they were suddenly able to find my emails in their "junk" folder. I'm not sure what is going on with this business, but I personally had a terrible time trying to communicate with them.
