I had about 2 weeks left to file before I would not qualify for chapter 7. I was talking to 3 different attorneys and chose Mr. Tosti because he was the only lawyer that could answer my questions and it didn't feel like a BK mill. It's been a little over a year since I discharged my BK and I have already purchased a car on Tier 1 credit and have a middle FICO score of over 690! 2 new credit cards (unsecured) with a total line of $4,500. Not only did they make my life easier during a stressful time in my life, but they saved me years of bad credit. I would have much worse credit and debt today had I tried to settle with my credit cards. In addition, one of my pre BK creditors tried to come after me and Mr. Tosti sent them a letter to cease and desist without me having to chase him down.
