Very disappointed with the company. They overcharges for everything, you are even being charged for getting a quote. You are getting charged for their in-house communication. You are being charged if they consider doing something but not doing it. And it will not be hundreds, it will be thousands of dollars. If you are quoted for something a few hundred dollars, you will expect to be billed a few thousands of dollars. Many times explained this to my representatives, they promised to let me know before charging anything, but they broke their promises and sent me invoices for thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Positive: They have the reputation of being the best in their industry, creative thinking. Negative: If you're a small business, I highly recommend you stay away. They go way above their estimates, without telling you that they're going way above (and i mean in 5 figure range above). You don't realize this until you get an invoice later... also they charge even for quoting a price, for phone calls in negotiation, etc. I believe the associates are under a lot of pressure for billing hours, even at the sake of going over their estimates and losing clients in the long run. Be very careful if you decide to work with them and always ask for billing updates, estimates in writing, etc.
