Unfortunately I was in an auto accident where a driver ran a red light and Tboned me which totaled my car, caused physical and emotional damages. I knew I had to seek legal help when I saw the driver denying fault. I had never been in this situation before and all this legal stuff was new to me. He eventually admitted fault however thankfully I sought out legal help because come to find out he only had the state minimum insurance. The at fault driver took a lot from me that day and I was sad and scared. That is when Avrek Law stepped in for me. I didn’t understand the process of anything before I worked with them but now have a pretty good understanding of how everything works. They helped me work with his insurance and also my own. In the beginning the process seemed stressful but my case was forwarded to Alyssa, Anthony and Ryan -THEY WERE AMAZING! Alyssa is very quick reaching back to me. I loved her communication and she always responded to me in a timely manner. I enjoyed her energy, personality, and how well she educated me! You could always hear her smile through the phone. Anthony was pretty straight forward, honest and always replied within a timely manner... and Ryan was very prompt very energetic and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable! Ryan knows his stuff and he knows it well. I enjoyed working with all of these people here at Avrek. The process was a long wait but it really was worth the wait- sometimes it takes a little time, patience, knowledge and communication which the people I listed above all possess these qualifications- They fight for you and accept only the best case scenario for their clients. I was in a motorcycle accident with my boyfriend back in 2017 that fractured 4 vertebrates in my back & 5 on his back.
It was a very easy case
A car ate a stop sign & admitted it on scene.

I chose avrek to take this case due to all their high reviews and the way they treated us when we arrived. Promising the best therapy, doctor recommendations, the whole 4 yards!

Everything went smoothly in the beginning & they told us due to our injuries and long term recovery
we should go to trail to try & get more money in the settlement instead of just the full policy.
They took us to a different law firm which is their “litigation partners” which is known as “ZCR law”.
Those attorneys have actually been debarred before(lost their license) multiple times!! I was so uneasy to have them fight for us in court.

Well regardless our case did not go to trail as it should have.
My boyfriend was a felon for a case that was dismissed & they told us because of that they cannot go to trail. Even for just me!!!!
This was absurd to me. Here I am barely able to walk or stand the same as I did prior to my accident & they wanted me to settle for a past I did not have. Just because my boyfriend was a felon should not have changed the way they treated us or handled the case.

They honestly just had a lot of cases & wanted to dismiss this one as fast as possible. They were constantly forgetting our case.
After they decided they would not fight for us they had us sign for the full policy in dec 2017.
We did NOT receive anything from our settlement until Sep 2018 which was 33k for each of us.
I’ve had friends get way more with a simple accident having minor injuries.

& we went months without working obviously due to our injuries & they did not care whatsoever.
They took MONTHS to have our medical bills covered & almost all of the time I ended up calling the hospital and doctors myself to just settle the paper work & speed up THEIR work so we could get our settlement faster & they still took their 1/3 cut of 33k from each of our settlements 66k from us for just being a middle man to the insurance companies. Something I could’ve done myself
Never did I see any of the real lawyers.
& to make matters worse
In the end when we signed everything & left they had a woman come in to talk to us to review our experience
We told her everything
I even broke down in tears and she told me she’d call us back to get me the proper therapy to “compensate”

I called two weeks later. No one knew who I spoke to & told me they’d never do that
So much for that phony woman!

Avrek law firm if I could go back in time I would never have hired you guys . It was my worst decision .
I now walk with a limp forever n with the regret I chose the wrong law firm to handle our case.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with any type of business. This review is long over due since our case settled sometime ago and when I heard the advertisement on the radio I figured it was time. Save your maker the headaches people this law firm is outright trash but just unethical in their practices. Not only did I later find out that the hospital never referred them to us but they only were worried about how much money they would make from out accident settlement. They kept sending us the slimiest doctors that would only see and my family for 5 min. At the end of the settlement went they negotiating our medical bills I couldn’t believe the amount of money that the so-called expert doctors was costing us but again it’s all about money not our recovery. The process is the worst and you will not ever speak to an attorney if you do you will probably speak to Melody Parman, this woman will just give you the run around and will never return phone calls or is never in the office. We went to the office once to see her and since we didn’t have an appointment we just went down there for nothing. Ultimately it’s all about money with this firm. Maryam Parman is never available to talk or even email so this super woman super lawyer thing on the radio is just a scam because trust me when I say they don’t have your best interest. Melody Parman is the worst attorney ever after your case has settled you will see what I’m talking about. Go else where we should have done that but unfortunately we just went along with everything that they were telling us. I should have called Sweet James !

Absolutely horrible communication. They were very quick to take our case as it was pretty open and shut. For 9 months I have had to ask for updates. Not once did they ever communicate anything to me without me first asking. Every time I spoke with them on the phone, they apologized and said they would communicate every week or two.
