Update called back to discuss a potential landlord issue and was this time met by a lady who seemed rather irritated to be on the phone. I was encouraged to come into the office to set a retainer but she clearly did not have interest in me as a client. I've adjusted and averaged my rating to accommodate the interaction with her. ⭐

Spoke to Kyle asking about a landlord issue I believed could be handled by the office but the statue of limitations was in question for me so after only a moment I was able to confirm the office could not assist however Kyle was very helpful in getting information to me about mold in rentals. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
