This law firm needs to offer a better customer service. When I needed to speak with Ms. Mazarei (the Lawyer) regarding a case that she is representing a plaintiff, I called and left at least 3 message with her office assistant but she never returned my phone calls. She also did not reply to my numerous emails and text messages. I am not sure if she is still in practice or not, but if she is, she really needs to improve her customer service.

Tawny and her team really are excellent at what they do. Tawny has worked on two separate legal matters for our business. If you are an honest, and a good person yourself, she will take your case, but if you are expecting her to lie for you or do something dishonest for you, she is not the attorney for you. I have personal knowledge of an individual who was expecting Dr. Mazarei to do something unethical, and she turned that case down. Another great thing about her is that she does not claim to know it all, but when there is a matter that needs another expert, she will find you that expert.
