I read Laurie's comment about Mr. Desatnik and it is nothing further from the truth. I have had the pleasure of retaining Mr. Desatnik for legal services for over 30 years on many, many occasions. I recommend him highly. He is very knowledgeable, personable, caring, and ethical. He got me very good results and I cannot believe the criticisms that Laurie has levied against him. I called Mr. Desatnik to find out whether there was any truth to the comment made by Laurie, and he told me that they are false and that he is preparing a lawsuit against Laurie for defamation of character (libel). Moreover, he told me that the money has been paid into the court and is not being wrongly withheld from Laurie and that she has been notified of this. Why Laurie chooses to distort the truth has to do with her own bad intentions as she obviously seeks to smear the reputation of such an honorable man. I have referred many clients to Mr. Desatnik over the years without so much as a hiccup. Everyone has had very good experiences and excellent results and all thanked me for referring them to such a good and helpful attorney. My experience has been that Mr. Desatnik is very professional and experienced. What Laurie says is so contradictory to what I know that I am sure the truth will prove that there is no substance to her criticisms and that she is falsely accusing a good professional out of malicious reasons.
