We had a great experience creating a trust with Ameritrust. When dealing with the banks they are very impressed with how organized everything is and we know exactly what documents to show them. My only complaint (and it’s small) was that it would get confusing on who we were dealing with at a particular moment because the trust changes hands so many times before it’s finished, but all confusion is quickly resolved with a phone call. We would highly recommend Ameritrust for planning a trust

The attorney (Huston) assigned to our Plan was not prepared for the phone consultation. We had mailed to AmeriEstate the existing property distribution and my existing medical directive. He was in possession of the documents and he was unable to reference either document during the conversation. In general, the useful information from his phone call could have been conveyed on a postcard. In addition, his Disclosure for Article 10, Paragraph R, Subparagraph R.1 was not presented well and did not contain any reference to any Article in the Trust. This omission retarded progress towards completion. Karen Fildes did a excellent job at every opportunity in answer questions and providing service. RJS
