Avoid working with these people at all cost. Do some research and hire an attorney that can be trusted. The staff is terrible and their customer service skills are trash. They have no urgency and never get anything done.

I went to them and signed all documents. I tried to call them to follow up on my case, but their just wouldn’t call me back. I had to leave and hired another attorney. They need to understand that when you go to them and hire their services you expect someone to call you and let you know about your case. I had a a bad experience here.

This review is long overdue, I would’ve given it 5 stars but I have my reasons not to. My mom has a case with the law firm. And I’ve seen the struggle my mom has had to get in contact with her case manager. She has called @least 5x’s in a day with no luck. I decided to give them a call one day and I got the same answer from the case manager just her voicemail. So I left her a voicemail on a Monday and come Friday still no call back. I called Friday afternoon and took out my frustration with the receptionist Erica she listened to what i have been dealing with. She asked me to hold because i can her her lines blowing up. I was only on hold for no more than 2mins she took the time to look into my moms case and explain to me what was going on. She assured me they are working on the case she apologized repeatedly for the case managers unprofessionalism. She made sure to answer my questions to the best to her knowledge. Mr. Alvandi you have a gold mine of receptionist. She has the professionalism attitude and work ethic that your law firm needs. For Her is the only reason I am giving the firm 3stars if not trust me the review would have a lot more negative.

I was injured on the job a few months ago. I naively thought that my workers comps doctors had my recovery in mind, but they soon showed me that was furthest from the truth. After 2 weeks of excruciating pain and a dr who told me my injury would go away by simply putting warm oil on my back I decided to get representation. I was assigned a legal assistant/aides that scheduled appts with a specialist for me so that I could get adequate medical attention, not to mention additional services and treatments to help with my pain management. She prepped me extremely well for my deposition and made sure I got a fair settlement. Well where do I begin? At first everything was good but then it seems as if they forgot about me, I mean I'm the one calling them to check on me. For my deposition they sent a lawyer that didnt even work for the firm to assist me after telling me it would be someone from alvandi. Till this day I pay for my medication and all my travels back and fourth. Now I have a QME and dont know what the hell that's about. I know I've had 3 surgery's and I'm still in alot of pain, now I suffer from full blown diabetes since I cant exercise since I cant walk, theres so much going on but yet I dont even get a monthly check in with anyone. Not sure if i should start looking for another law firm cause that might make this case go on longer but I'm contemplating it

The Low Start are very honest, I went to them base off the review and everything I have experience is what the low start were saying. Rude never call back. When was nakmak the decision to start with them, before I sign the called me every day. Now that I have sign with them I haven't had a call back yet. Left messages no call return, when calling if someone answer they'll give you a call back there on the phone they'll call you when they get off. Never got a call back. This is such a pain.
