I never would have imagined myself to be one who would be involved in a lawsuit, but when I got injured in an unfortunate mishap last summer, I was upset enough to seek out legal aid and pursue a lawsuit.
Chris really made the whole process so easy for me. Other than the first time I met with him when he took my case, I only had to go to his office one other time , and after that, to a mediation process that took a few hours. I felt like he really made sure to fight for me and get me the most he possibly could from the insurance company, and even when I was willing to settle for much less, he was able to get me more than twice what the insurance company had initially offered.
But money aside, I really appreciated that he tried to understand who I was as a person and not just a client, that he made everything easy and painless for me, and that even though he coudln't have been friendlier to me, he did seem to be someone who would get aggressive on behalf of his client. Really couldn't ask for more in a lawyer. Chris and Crystal (one of the assistants who works in his office) were great and always got back to me so quickly and in such a open and willing to help manner.
