I've never been in any kind of trouble with the law. I had no idea what to expect, I know nothing of the law and how I could be protected. I can’t thank this man enough. My daughter got herself into a really bad situation and was looking at a long time in prison , my world was torn apart . Michael Gusti gave me a position as his assistant the day I turned 18. What he saw in me (I don't know), but he was really cool and has his flaws but when it comes to work he does get the job done and if he believes that he can do something for your case then I believe he can but not sure if he always will. He is a connected guy and has lots of resources in the courtrooms and thats how you really win your case. You want a guy that golfs with your DA or your Judge and you want to pay them enough to take there friend out to dinner to discuss your case privately. An that's how most private paid attorneys will get the best offers.

Mike went to court for me because I believe that he really wanted me to get into the criminal justice system and had hi hopes and when I seen him in action I have to say anyone would be impressed with his knowledge in the courtrooms and his vocabulary. He's not just an attorney but hes also good at writing and wording things in a way that will get the judge and DA to see it his way and believe what it is he's saying. Without ever looking at my case he got the judge to go from 6 month to 1 year on probation to 30 days probation and we were out of there in less then 1 hour. Wow! I would be in court today if it weren't for the help of Mr. Michael Guisti. I am very grateful that he understood my situation and realized that I was unfairly and unlawfully cited for disorderly conduct. After eating dinner with a couple of friends, we returned to the hotel that they had been staying, where I was mistaken for another patron who had been causing trouble. Next thing I knew I was being called a name that was not my own and then arrested by officers shortly thereafter.
