well first of all we want to thank god and janis peterson. for giving our case a chance a case that was denied by many other lawyers. janis took it and made it look easy. so calm and positive. and her secretary mary whom i must say has great patience especially with me with call after call. my wife was already in the process of being deported. and janis managed to get us voulantary departure. so on february 27 of 2012 my wife and 6 year old daughter departed the country. i was so torn apart. my life had changed and i did not know if it was ever going to be the same again. she left to mexico and had to go to ciudad juarez for a 601 waiver. janis and mary got on top of things a month later my wife irma was in juarez for her first appointment. and did not recieve any type of ten year ban not even a year they told her she also qualified for a 601 waiver. then we had three months to complete the waiver and yes in three months she was back in juarez to submit 601 waiver and that was in july of 2012 and on december 12,2012 we got the news that she was approved. with all respect that they deserve janis and mary the dynamic duo THANK YOU!!!!! my daughter is so happy and so are we. so i hope that our testimony can help anybody to decide whether or not to go with janis. give them the chance to show you that they are capable of doing as good of a job with your case as they did with ours. and keep the faith our case was at a 40% success rate and they pulled it out with great success.
