This was a long arduous process and they walked me through the entire 4.5 years with grace even though sometimes I was not very nice.

I was getting no where with my workers comp. Ms. Pratt and her staff were great. I struggled on my own with no results. They were able to get the claim resolved. Don't know what I would have done without them.

I came to this attorney based on good reviews and with an initial meeting, stating, if you settle today we can get you $25k, but if you want to litigate $100k settlement is doable. 9 months later, I have neither and have to hire a new attorney due to the incompetence of Colleen Pratt the lead partner. Never once did I meet with her, did she show up at a court hearing or petition the court for the delay tactics of the Defense, who constantly cancelled depositions, PQME. I wasted 9 months with this firms and suffered through their lies, false promises, and incompetence while not getting a penny for lost wages, disability, medical treatment. I would have lost my mind if not for self medication, lots of Yoga, Prayer, Jacuzzi's and massages, all I paid for myself or via the Kindness of strangers. To date I suffer in pain from my injuries while working at UPS and stress from a complete inability of Colleen Pratt to litigate my case or her numerous associates, who had no idea what the other one was doing, let alone schedule dates, when I was available. She does not listen and it's all about the money. If your case will not yield a big pay out, you will get little attention. I've been in a number of business litigation's and through my efforts always succeed in winning awards. Due to her lack of competence, this was an exercise in futility and utter frustration . My health got worse with an onslaught of hypertension. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I absolutely love this firm. I never actually met them in person, and that is what makes my opinion of them even higher. They took care of me through my on the job injury, torn shoulder, twice with the company. They were attentive, and didn't push me into any decision without covering all the options out there for a financial recovery. They worked with the company I worked for, and everything ended peacefully and without problem. My settlement was more than fare, my shoulder got repaired, and would totally call upon them again! Everyone in the office was very helpful and patient with me. This was the first case I was involved in so I was not knowledgeable on the process or what to expect. I was extremely happy that the whole staff made me feel well taken care of.

I'm disappointed with how long it took them to settle my case. The worst part was that I was told my settlement check would arrive within 35 days and if it was late there would be a 10% late fee. 43 days later, my check finally showed up, costing me almost $600 in late fees at my apartment and they never even responded to me about why I'm not getting the 10% late charge. Very disappointed.

Do not call these people, they don't work for you, they work for the insurance company's!!

The review is for 5 stars because it is as good as it gets. It isn't perfect and there are a lot of issues but now that I have way more experience than I ever wanted and a lot of research and insight into the very messed up broken system that we call Work Comp, I can tell you in all honesty that almost all of the problems I encountered from AnP were related to the way the system works and the insurance causing issues and not them specifically. When I did have a complaint it was addressed and handled. Phone calls were returned and the partners themselves would handle it. I requested specifically that Colleen Pratt show up for my trial even though a junior named Josh had done a good job at my hearing because I wanted the experience she had and I trusted her after several interactions. She did show up and did a great job!

I started this nightmare with no knowledge of the WC system at all and just found the first atty that came up on the internet because the insurance company told me I needed one. I wasn't suing and just wanted to get back to work but they said the prolonged injury meant paperwork that would be too complicated without legal guidance. So I got the first one and they were beyond horrible. I won't go into great detail because I am not reviewing them here. I had them for 1 year and things got worse. I finally had enough and found another smaller attorney in the hopes that they would at least answer the phone. They were nicer and seemed more honest but still didn't get much movement. I finally changed them after I tried to call every day for a week crying because I was receiving no money or treatment and couldn't work. I was desperate as I could not pay my rent. I broke down on the phone and they were just callous and I never received a return call from the atty himself. I figured if he didn't care about me then I didn't care about him and I looked for another one. This time I had way more knowledge and did lots of research and found AnP. I called and got put on the phone with Ainbinder right away. He made an appt himself to see me the next day. He spent 30 minutes with me. He took my files and was brutally honest which I like. I signed on with them and in just a few weeks starting receiving treatment and weekly payments again. I have been with them less than a year and Colleen Pratt just settled my case and pissed off the insurance because they didn't want to pay so much. I can now have my life back and move forward to deal with my injury etc. myself thanks to AnP. If only I had gone with them first then I wouldn't be so bad off. Lesson learned

For those unfortunate souls who have a work comp situation, keep in mind, it is the government and the way people have voted that have created this disaster and the attorneys have to navigate that. It isn't always their fault. If you do have to deal then go with AnP and trust what they tell you to do. None of it moves quickly but they at least try to help you.

Both attorneys Colleen Pratt and Michael Ainbinder are incredible attorneys who show compassion for all of their clients and are very receptive to making sure all your needs are met. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a personal injury or workers compensation attorney.
