9 years ago he was my house lawyer. he promised us he can lower our home mortgage by defaulting on our home. So we did and then he tells us to pay this amount for 3 months and they will make the payments permanent at lower rate. we did. then, after we pay him a lumpsum amount in thousands of dollars because he “supposedly” fixed our mortgage payments, he stopped responding to our calls. then suddenly our house was bought off by another company and we get eviction notice. we lost our home. Do not trust this guy! as soon as he gets your money, he will stop responding to you. houseowners beware! He ruined our lives and lost our dream home.
