Excellent Probate and Litigation Attorney
I met Beti almost two years ago after my husband helped me search and search and finally narrow down the right attorney to represent my case. Her area of expertise, in living trusts, probation and litigation, was exactly what I was looking for. However, her upmost qualities of being a mother and protecting family values is what connected me to her. Beti and her team, at Peninsula Law, were amazing to work with. Beti tactfully handled my situation and continuously followed up with me to make sure we were always on the same page. She successfully represented me when my case went through litigation and a few appeals. My case recently closed. I can truly say she surpassed my expectations and helped my family and I, ease in the transition of one of the most difficult times in my life. I would highly recommend working with Beti and definitely plan to work with her again in the planning of my own personal legal decisions for my family.
Thank You Beti for being passionate in the work that you do!

My favorite quote of Dave Barry's is, "If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person." It doesn't hurt to ask how long the employees have been there. When a law office goes through an incredibly high rate of turnover, many projects are often left uncompleted or simply take too long, which can end up costing the client unnecessary expense. It might result in a client having to pay on a bond that they otherwise wouldn't have to. Causing clients to incur unnecessary expense is likely a violation of that attorney's fiduciary duties to the client.
It is best to go with a law firm where the employer realizes that employees should be treated with due respect and decency. When the employer is incredibly demeaning and disrespectful, oftentimes the employee cares less about the quality of their work, and again the client suffers. If an employer has an associate attorney that lasts only 3 weeks, followed by another who also only lasts 3 weeks, it says something very serious about the employer.

Was just charged $50 for 26 minutes and I had to waste time repeating myself. I would of preferred setting up an in person consultation where I could of presented documentation vs having to clarify over and over on the phone.
