Honest kind competent

I took my daughters boyfriend to Phil after his father had passed away to get his land transferred into his name and Phil was great and keep us up to date what was going on. I have been back to Phil since then to close on a house that was rather a pain but Phil again made it an easy process doing all the leg work and calling us to let us know what needed to be done and what he was doing we never had to call to find out from him.
